Hey, I’m Sabrina. I specialize in solving problems, from identifying user needs to prototyping solutions.

I currently work for Legacy Health, a non-profit health system, as a UX Researcher, helping build delightful experiences for patients and improving access to healthcare.

Before this role, I was a Product Manager at Cisco, helping build and scale the CX Cloud platform. I was also a Product Launch Manager at Shelf Engine, a series B startup, reducing food waste through automation, where I led product launches and implementation with our users.

Outside of work, I am a part-time freelance designer working on website and mobile app design for clients.

Throughout my career, I learned the importance of focusing on the user and solving their needs. In all my past experiences, an interest in problem-solving through design thinking has been the common thread. I believe that designing products and experiences with the end users’ needs in mind is one of the best ways organizations can deliver value.

In my free time, I also write, and capture moments.
