SHELF ENGINE π
The purpose of this project is to accurately capture the new launch process that customers go through to get onboarded onto the Shelf Engine platform.
Role: Content Designer
Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator
Timeline: 4 weeks
Background
Shelf Engine is transforming how grocery stores buy highly perishables. Shelf helps customers significantly increase profits and drastically reduce food waste in thousands of retail locations across the country.
The Customer Launch team at Shelf is responsible for onboarding new customers to the Shelf Platform. During the launch process, the Customer Launch team uses collateral such as decks, data specifications sheets, and white papers, to explain to partners what launching with Shelf Engine would entail. When I joined the team as a Product Launch Manager, Shelf was rapidly scaling and we were thinking about how we can improve our processes to continue delivering a delightful launch experience for our customers.
Solution
As our launch processes evolve, so should our collateral to ensure that we are communicating and setting clear expectations with our partners. The objective for this project was to visualize the critical milestones during the onboarding process as well as Shelfβs value proposition in a simple but aesthetically pleasing way for our customers. In this project, I worked on content as well as the visual design for the new collateral.
